1. All parts and kits shown might have changes over time to improve qualyty and performance of our models.
2. Warranty will apply on material failure, with the corresponding proof (photos,or sending in the part), 1 year time; only on the parts we have provided (meaning: if you ordered a Kit, no warranty applies for your finish-work on the modell).
   No natural wear down process will be considered.
3. All prices are FOB all taxes included. Prices may change due to variation on material costs, and others.
4. Any down payment made freezes the value, of whatever you purchased.
5. You will have to pay shipment (what ever you decide to choose for transportation), + insurance and your taxes at your customs of course.
6. Every part of the models is handcrafted; therefore, you will have to consider sometimes, not being identical (like fabrics made by the thousands).
7. We will deliver on full payment of the merchandise and shipping + insurance charges (unless you have an DHL account that will allow you to manage transport and insurance).
8. We will assist you in every possible matter for assemble and functionality of your model.
9. To own a RC-Superyachts ® model entitles you to a license for it, but does not grant permission to reproduce the model or part's of it.
10. All models and parts are made to the best of our knowledge; we accept and will consider improvement advice.
